Biography
Dr. Abraham Inetimitula Tabor Etebu is an accomplished Associate Professor of Library and Information Science. He holds a B.Sc (Ed) in Library Science and an M.Sc in Library and Information Science, both from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He also earned a Ph.D in Library and Information Science from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Dr. Etebu is a Certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN), accredited by the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN). His areas of specialization include Readers Services (Circulation and Reference Services), Information Literacy, Attitude Studies, and Rural Information Services.
Achievements
Dr. Etebu has made significant contributions to the field of Library and Information Science through his scholarly work and leadership roles. He is the author of several notable publications, including:

He is an active member of professional organizations, including the Nigerian Library Association (NLA), where he served as Chairman of the Bayelsa State Chapter from December 2016 to January 2020. Dr. Etebu currently serves as the University Librarian at Bayelsa Medical University, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. Prior to this, he was the Acting Head of the Department of Library and Information Science at Niger Delta University, Amassoma, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State.
